These Terms govern your use of ligamentbeauty.world and any purchase of Aura Crest Wellness Solution from CONSTANÇA MARIA MOURA CASTELO ("we", "us"), at Alameda Pedro e Inês 8, 3040-375 Santa Clara, Portugal.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse, copy, scrape or redistribute our content, or use the site in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

2. Ordering and sale

To place an order, submit the order form with your full name and phone number. No payment is taken at this stage. A member of our team will contact you by telephone during working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00) to confirm your order details and delivery address. A binding contract of sale is formed when we confirm the order by phone and dispatch the goods. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The current price for Aura Crest Wellness Solution is £24.99 per pack of 90 capsules. Payment is made to the courier on delivery, by cash or card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us via email.

3. Limitation of liability and food supplement disclaimer

Aura Crest Wellness Solution is a food supplement. The information provided on this website does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical opinion. We do not make any claims that the product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any health condition. 5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and sealed. Once the safety seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, consistent with UK consumer law. Full details are in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes informally. Please contact us in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve the matter, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
