About the product
Each capsule contains Vitamin C (300 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (100 µg), Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Magnesium (150 mg), Zinc (10 mg) and Selenium (55 µg). Full details and % NRV values are on the Ingredients page.
Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day supply.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived. The product does not contain gelatin.
Usage
Take one (1) capsule per day, ideally with your first meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
We recommend taking it with food for comfort. Some minerals, including magnesium, are generally better tolerated when taken alongside a meal.
Simply continue your routine the following day. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.

Yes. You can cancel at any time before dispatch - simply let us know during the confirmation call or email us. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery and it will be returned at no charge to you.
